Yoga is universal and everyone can benefit from it. We all want to function at our best and Yoga helps up to do that. It is an invaluable tool that helps us to slow down and soften, release stress and heal!
This semi supine pose helps control and steady the breath. It aids venous and lymphatic drainage. It stretches the spine and hamstrings and takes pressure off swollen feet and ankles. This pose is an ideal way to finish off any yoga class!
'Reverse Namaste'
This pose is a chest and shoulder opener suitable for anyone with tight shoulders particularly people who are bent over a screens all day. It increases mobility and functionality in the shoulders. Ideal pose to help strengthen shoulders and prevent injuries
I am using social media to help connect with the wider community. I only post things that I think might benefit others or brighten their day. I try not to take myself too seriously, I put it out there and let it land wherever. I have no control over how it will be received or how I am perceived.
